卫生部日前制定了《医师定期考核管理办法》。《办法》对考核机构、考核方式及管理、执业记录与考核程序、考核结果、监督管理等做了详细的规定。该《办法》自2007年5月1日起施行。《办法》规定,医师定期考核每两年为一个周期。卫生部主管全国医师定期考核管理工作。县级以上地方人民政府卫生行政部门主管其负责注册的医师定期考核管理工作。医师定期考核分为执业医师考核和执业助理医师考核。考核类别分为临床、中医(包括中医、民族医、中西医结合)、口腔和公共卫生。另外,医疗、预防、保健机构不按照本办法对执业注册地点在本机
The Ministry of Health recently formulated the “Physician’s Regular Examination and Management Measures.” The Measures provide detailed rules on the assessment agencies, assessment methods and management, practice records and assessment procedures, assessment results, supervision and administration. The “Measures” shall come into force on May 1, 2007. The Measures stipulate that physicians shall conduct regular assessments every two years for one cycle. The Ministry of Health is in charge of the regular examination and management of physicians across the country. The health administrative department of the local people’s government at or above the county level shall be responsible for the regular examination and management of the physicians in charge of registration thereof. Regular assessment of physicians divided into practicing physician examination and practicing assistant physician examination. Assessment categories are divided into clinical, Chinese medicine (including Chinese medicine, ethnology, Integrative Medicine), oral and public health. In addition, medical, prevention, health care institutions do not follow this approach to registration of practice in this locality
