对伊犁师范学院建筑工程系的历史进行了回顾,对建筑工程系的各个专业的教学实习实训情况和校内外实习实训基地的建设进行了回顾,分析了其建设现状,指出了其成绩和不足处,并就伊犁师范学院建筑工程系的高职高专学生的实习实训的基地建设成绩和不足处,提出高职高专学生实习实训基地建设的基本原则和高效校内外实习实训基地建设方法。最后,提出了希望和建设的方向。
