执业兽医制度的出台,标志着我国对畜牧生产及动物疫病防治行业从业人员的准入门坎的提高和管理的更加规范,是加强兽医人才队伍建设的关键环节。面对这一新课题,兽医类高职教育院校只有主动适应新形势,科学设计人才培养模式,创新课程体系,突出优势与特色。本研究主要探索宠物类专业课程体系改革,在研究执业兽医资格考试大纲与考点的基础上,结合高职高专教育教学规律,构建既适应于执业兽医资格考试又满足职业岗位需求的终身学习的“工”字型“两宽一深”课程体系,拓宽知识面,加强校企合作,抓实生产实训教学环节,调动学生积极性,增强了学生就业竞争力、就业质量及转岗调岗能力。
The promulgation of the practice veterinary system marks the improvement of the admittance threshold of practitioners in the field of animal husbandry and animal epidemic prevention and control in our country and is the key link in strengthening the construction of veterinary personnel. Faced with this new topic, veterinary higher vocational education institutions only take the initiative to adapt to the new situation, scientific design personnel training mode, innovation curriculum system, highlighting the advantages and characteristics. This research mainly explores the reform of pet specialty curriculum system. On the basis of studying the outline and test points of the practicing veterinary qualification examination, combined with the law of teaching in higher vocational education, this study builds lifelong learning that both meets the qualification requirements for practicing veterinary medicine and meets the job requirements “工 ” character “two widths and one deep ” course system, broaden the scope of knowledge, strengthen the cooperation between school and enterprise, grasp the production of practical training links, mobilize the enthusiasm of students and enhance students’ employment competitiveness, employment quality and transfer Transfer Kong capacity.
