满拉水电站水比机组经常处在低负荷下运行,存在着局部空蚀破坏和运行不稳定两大问题。本文分析了问题存在的根本原因,提出了对在不同水头、不同小负荷运行的各种工况下机组振动应进行监测,对可能出现危及机组安全运行的局部小负荷区应加以回避。
Manla hydropower station water ratio units often run at low load, there are two major problems of local cavitation damage and unstable operation. In this paper, the root cause of the problem is analyzed. It is proposed that the unit vibration should be monitored under various working conditions with different water head and different light load, and the local small load zone that may endanger the safe operation of the unit should be avoided.
