盘锦市振兴街道工会下辖非公企业工会420家、社区联合会工会16家,共有工会会员4580人。几年来,在上级工会和街道党工委的正确领导下,街道工会因地制宜开展文化工作,按照“油地相融合,活动共开展”的方针,在积极扩大工会覆盖、夯实工作基础的同时,致力于油地联合开展各项文体活动,丰富了职工业余文化生活,广大职工进一步体会到了工会大家庭的和谐与温暖,对工会归属感和活动参与度明显提高,有效促进了街道工会的职能发挥和政策落实。
