2008年12月6～7日,第六届民政论坛在北京隆重召开。民政部部长李学举出席论坛并致辞。民政部副部长罗平飞出席论坛做综述报告。民政部副部长姜力出席论坛并参加论坛交流活动。民政部副部长窦玉沛主持论坛开幕式.民政部党组成员、中纪委驻民政部纪检组组长曲淑辉宣读民政政策理论研究获奖论文名单。民政部专家咨询组部分专家参加论坛并发言。11个获奖单位和个人在会上进行了研究成果交流。民政部十个业务部门负责人分别介绍了新时期工作思路。论坛共收到民政系统.社会各界报送论文500余篇。评出获奖论文55篇。
December 6 ~ December 2008, the Sixth Civil Affairs Forum was held in Beijing. Minister of Civil Affairs Li Xueju attended the forum and delivered a speech. Vice Minister of Civil Affairs Luo Pingfei attended the forum to make a summary report. Deputy Minister of Civil Affairs Jiang Li attended the forum and participated in the forum exchange activities. Dou Yupei, Vice Minister of Civil Affairs, presided over the opening ceremony of the forum.Mu Shuhui, member of the Party Group of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and head of the discipline inspection team of the Central Discipline Inspection Commission in the Ministry of Civil Affairs, read out a list of the winners of the theoretical research on civil policy. Some experts from the expert advisory group of the Ministry of Civil Affairs attended the forum and made speeches. 11 winning units and individuals at the meeting conducted a research exchange of results. The heads of the ten business units of the Ministry of Civil Affairs respectively introduced the working ideas of the new era. The forum has received a total of civil affairs system. Out of 55 winning papers.
