报道了在一个外尺寸为20mm×20mm×4.5mm充氮管壳内封装两个波段拼接的8元短波MCT探测器工程化组件。在155K工作温度下,探测器的DΔλ*为4~10×1011cmHz1/2/W,R0A为104~105Ωcm2;两探测器芯片共面度小于20μm,拼接精度为±5μm,并对该组件进行了一系列环境实验,现已用于系统,呈出高质量的图像。
Reported an 8-element shortwave MCT detector engineered package for two-band splicing in a nitrogen-filled enclosure of 20mm x 20mm x 4.5mm outer dimensions. At 155K, the detector’s DΔλ * is 4 ~ 10 × 1011cmHz1 / 2 / W and R0A is 104 ~ 105Ωcm2. The coplanarity of the two detector chips is less than 20μm and the splicing accuracy is ± 5μm. A series of environmental experiments are now used on the system to produce high quality images.
