随着现在经济水平的提高,人民在追求物质生活的同时也开始追求精神生活。而旅游消费作为同时可以满足人们精神享受和物质享受的高品质消费,被越来越多的人所接受。我国现在的旅游消费有着良好的发展前景,但同时值得注意的问题是,旅游消费者的权益得不到确切保障,旅游者合理消费权利被侵害现象频发,本文将从现在旅游者消费问题出发,分析旅游消费中存在的侵权问题,并且对消费者求偿权提出合理的法律保障制度,以供参考。
