伴随着高职学生就业困难的突出,各高职院校开始越来越重视大学生职业生涯规划教育。笔者从工作实践中发现,大学生职业生涯规划教育工作中,对学生的思想政治教育是重要的环节。本文结合实践工作,针对大学生职业生涯规划中的现存主要问题进行了分析,并提出了加强高职院校职业生涯规划中的思想政治教育的对策建议。
With the outstanding employment difficulties of higher vocational students, vocational colleges began to pay more and more attention to career planning education of college students. The author found out from the practice of work that college students ’career planning education is an important link to students’ ideological and political education. Based on the practical work, this paper analyzes the existing major problems in the career planning of college students and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the ideological and political education in the career planning of higher vocational colleges.
