随着我国高速铁路的快速发展,动车组专业的社会关注度极高,我院依托CRH动车组实训基地,以就业岗位为导向,首先从教学内容和教学流程上实现工学结合;同时建设真实的实训环境,熟悉各工学任务的工艺要求,通过实际动手,掌握各岗位的真实作业流程,实现工学结合;同时通过考核方式的改革,即已过程考核为主,关键理论笔试为辅的考核方式等,目的是为铁路行业培养高素质技能型人才。
