引言大家知道,最合理的孔型设计,应该是保持轧钢机的最高产量和最好质量,保证减轻工人的劳动强度,降低产品的成本等等。本文仅就苏联孔型设计专家B.B.米列金同志所讲的一种新式孔型设计方法及其应用介绍如下: 一、孔型设计方法介绍 (一)公式的导出孔型设计程序与轧制程序相反,即由成品孔开始向荒轧孔推算,以三个相?的孔型为一组,如图1所示。为该组中较小的正大孔型边长,A为较大的正方孔型边长,b和h为两正方形孔型之间的知形孔型的宽和高。
