利用主应力法解析了辊拔内直筋管的拔制力,并得到其解析解。该解比冷拔内直筋管的主应力解和冷拔实测值低许多。可为辊拔内直筋管设备选择提供依据。
The principal stress method was used to analyze the pulling force of the straight tube in roll drawing and its analytical solution was obtained. The solution is much lower than the main stress solution and cold drawn measured values of the inner tube of cold drawn. It can provide the basis for selecting the equipment of the straight tube in the roller pull.
