作者报道19例大剂量化疗后行骨髓移植的恶性肿瘤病人,应用重组的人粒-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(rHGM-CSF)治疗,加速骨髓重建,取得满意疗效。治疗组病人包括伴有多处淋巴结肿大及转移的恶性黑素瘤6例(32%),乳腺转移癌13例(68%),年龄24~45岁。另以大剂量化疗加骨髓移植的24例为对照,其中恶性黑素瘤8例(33%),乳腺癌16例(67%),年龄29~56岁。
The authors report that 19 patients with malignant tumor who underwent high-dose chemotherapy after bone marrow transplantation were treated with recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (rHGM-CSF) to accelerate bone marrow reconstitution and achieved satisfactory results. The treatment group included 6 cases (32%) of malignant melanoma with multiple lymphadenopathy and metastasis and 13 (68%) cases of metastatic breast cancer, aged 24-45 years. Another high-dose chemotherapy plus bone marrow transplantation in 24 cases as a control, including 8 cases of malignant melanoma (33%), 16 cases of breast cancer (67%), aged 29 to 56 years.
