在生产内燃机气缸套的加工过程中,切断气缸套毛坯两端冷硬部分是我厂机加工的第一道工序。该工序原是用手工进给,灰尘多,体力劳动量大,工作条件相当恶劣。为了改善劳动条件,减轻工人的体力劳动强度,我们设计制造了以气液阻尼缸作自动进给的切断专机。实践证明,效果良好。气液阻尼缸动作原理如下图所示。起动机床主电动机后,二位四通电磁滑阀6动作。压缩空气经分水滤气器2干燥净化、调压阀3调整压力、油雾器5供给雾状润滑油后,由二位四通电磁滑阀6进入气液阻尼缸7的气缸左腔。气体压力驱动气缸活塞向右移动,并通过活塞杆将动力传递给油缸活塞和刀架
In the production of internal combustion engine cylinder liner processing, cut off both ends of the cylinder liner chilled part of the first process I plant machining. The process was originally hand-fed, dusty, manual labor, working conditions are quite harsh. In order to improve the working conditions and reduce the labor intensity of the workers, we designed and manufactured a special machine for cutting off with the gas-liquid damping cylinder for automatic feeding. Practice has proved that the effect is good. Air-liquid damping cylinder operating principle as shown below. After starting the machine main motor, two four-way solenoid valve 6 action. The compressed air is dried and decontaminated by the dewatering air filter 2, the pressure regulating valve 3 adjusts the pressure, and after the oil mist cleaner 5 supplies the misty lubricating oil, it enters the left chamber of the cylinder of the liquid-vapor damping cylinder 7 by the two-position electromagnetic solenoid valve 6. Gas pressure drives the cylinder piston to the right and transmits power to the cylinder piston and the tool holder through the piston rod
