1 领导挂帅厂长亲自抓“工艺突破口”工作,组织全厂中层干部,参加“工艺突破口”工作学习培训班,组织收看有关内容的录像,成立了开展“工艺突破口”工作领导小组,总工程师直接领导工艺科,明确了“工艺突破口”工作不仅仅是工艺科一个部门的事,而是涉及到全厂各个部门,它与企业的全面质量管理、企业升级、思想政治工作密切相关。明确了工艺科有权在全厂范围内协调组织开展“工艺突破口”工作,全力以赴落实工艺人员的质量职能,明确了质量信息B卡由工艺科全权处理。
