湖北柳树沟矿业股份有限公司建于1987年,是一家以磷化工系列产品为主的矿业公司。职业卫生“工具包”的推广,为其丁西磷矿的井下作业环境带来了很大提升,在提高工作效率的同时,保障了员工职业健康。升级改造井下作业环境、升级劳动防护用品、机械作业代替人工作业……自2014年9月起,湖北柳树沟矿业股份有限公司,在其丁西磷矿试点推广职业卫生“工具包”以来,共收集合理化建议43条,确定立即整改项目23项,井下作业环境及采空区的监测、治理等问题均有明显改善。
