由于三环抗忧郁药的临床应用日益广泛,这类药物引起的各种副反应和并发症也逐渐被人们所认识,特别是心血管系统并发症更受到普遍重视。近年来,有关心血管系统并发症的病例报告较多,有的是成人超量或长期服用而造成的毒性反应,有的是儿童因误吞大量药物而严重中毒;往往病势凶险,甚至来不及挽救而死亡。由此看来,进一步认识三环抗忧郁药所致心血管系统并发症,对我们精神科临床工作者颇为重要,本交拟以丙咪嗪和阿密替林(amitriptyline)等常用的三环抗忧郁药为代表,就这类药物所引起的心血管系统毒性反应、临床表现和处理方法作一概要的归纳和讨论。一、三环抗忧郁药对血压的影响:
