In April 2003, a peculiar submarine appeared in the port of Kiel, Germany. This is the first trial of a German 212A U-31 Klassi submarine to begin. International major media are focusing here to celebrate the launch of the world’s first new submarine powered by AIP. Developed fuel cell submarines and the United States, Russia, France, Sweden and other countries, but the Germans have been pre-empted.
