本文以自行火炮变速箱齿轮某齿面点蚀为典型故障,分析了声学测试原理。通过倒频谱分析方法,提取信号的故障特征,探索利用声学信号进行故障识别的方法。
In this paper, a self-propelled artillery gear tooth gear pitting corrosion as a typical failure, analysis of the acoustic test principle. Through the cepstrum analysis method, the fault characteristics of the signal are extracted and the method of using the acoustic signal to identify the fault is explored.
