The reason of failure of 410 motor brush holder system was analyzed. The improvement measures of the brush holder are introduced. The structure of the compression spring is replaced by the structure of the original tension spring, and the test and calculation results are close. The comprehensive application of this improvement will greatly reduce the failure rate of the brush holder system.
