英语课堂教学重点已经逐步从教师传授知识,转到促进学生的有效学习上,学生评价的重点也必然转到“促进学生发展上”。教师评价理念的变化必须顺应形势,做出适当的改变,并且课堂上适时、适当的评价能够促进学生英语学习的兴趣,促进学生健康发展,本文通过阐述教师评价理念的变化及其原因,对学生的影响,以促进学生全面、健康、和谐发展。
The focus of English classroom teaching has gradually passed the knowledge from teachers to promote the effective learning of students, and the emphasis of student evaluation must also be transferred to “promote the development of students.” The change of teachers’ evaluation philosophy must adapt to the situation and make appropriate changes. And timely and appropriate evaluation in class can promote the students’ interest in English learning and promote the healthy development of students.
