夏，1928年11月26日出生，天津人。1948～1955年曾是天津、中南军区、八一队的运动员。1956～1979年出任公安男篮、八一女篮教练。他带队期间，曾获全国冠军6次、亚军6次。1974～1975年任国家女篮二队教练，当选过中国篮球协会委员和女子教练委员会主任。现为中国篮球协会顾问
Summer, born on November 26, 1928, Tianjin. 1948 ~ 1955 was Tianjin, South China Military Region, Bayi team athletes. From 1956 to 1979 as a public security men’s basketball, basketball coach August 1. During his lead, won the national championship 6 times, runner-up 6 times.
