血管紧张素Ⅱ受体 1(AT1R)属G蛋白偶联受体超家族 ,是肾素 血管紧张素系统 (RAS)的主要活性介质。发生妊娠高血压综合征 (PIH)时胎盘RAS中AT1R的表达异常可能与PIH的发病有关。现将PIH与AT1R关系的研究进展加以综述如下
Angiotensin II receptor 1 (AT1R) is a G protein-coupled receptor superfamily that is the major mediator of the renin-angiotensin system (RAS). Abnormal expression of AT1R in placental RAS during pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) may be related to the pathogenesis of PIH.
