一、入队课程的构建思考加入少先队,这是每个孩子都向往的一件大事。而对于一年级的小孩子来讲,之所以向往入队,可能仅仅是源于“高年级的大哥哥大姐姐都戴着红领巾,我也要戴”。可为什么要佩戴红领巾?为什么要加入少先队?孩子们并不清楚,也不明白。如何借助少先队入队这一时机让孩子们初步了解少先队的知识,激发孩子对加入少先队的向往,争取入队的积极性和主动性,并以此为动力,激发他们对自身行为准则的提高。我们认为,这
