近年来,随着我国经济社会的发展,投资规模不断扩大,建筑业迅猛发展,施工技术日趋复杂,科研人员通过对桩基施工的长期技术研究和施工经验总结,研制出后压浆灌注桩施工工艺方法,是采用高压注浆和灌注桩施工相结合的一种施工技术,施工要点是在钢筋混凝土灌注桩桩身强度达到设计强度的70%时,通过桩身预留的注浆管用压浆泵将水泥浆高压注入桩端或桩周,利用水泥浆液对桩身周边土层进行固结、填充、挤密,从而提高桩端、桩侧阻力,提高桩的竖向承载力、减少沉降量、降低工程造价。该方法的实施大大缩短了灌注桩的桩体,提高了施工团队的施工效率,也提高了施工团队的经济效益。本文就后压浆钢筋混凝土灌注桩施工质量关键质量控制点、难点进行分析,从成孔质量、注浆管预置、桩底沉渣厚度、注浆时间以及注浆参数(水灰比、注浆量、注浆压力)进行分析,并进行要因分析,最后针对影响要素提出了相应的应对措施。

In this paper, post-grouting reinforced concrete bored pile construction quality key control points, difficult to analyze, from the hole forming quality, grouting pipe preset, bottom sediment thickness, grouting time and grouting parameters (water-cement ratio, grouting Volume, grouting pressure) analysis, and analysis of the causes, and finally put forward the corresponding response measures for the impact of the elements.
