Objective: To study the effect of interference on the clinical effect of idiopathic cervical lesions. Methods: The first part: included 83 cases of patients with idiopathic dental neck lesions in our hospital, with 295 teeth. There were 142 cases of interfering 1142 as treatment group 1 and 153 cases of non-interference as treatment group 2, Respectively nanotechnology resin treatment. Follow up for 2 years. Evaluation of efficacy, Chi-square test. The second part: Treatment of failure of a group of 60 teeth, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each 30. The experimental group of nano-resin filling for the treatment of idiopathic cervical and cervical lesions accurately remove bite interference factors, the control group only nano-resin filling treatment. A total of 29 failed teeth were treated in two groups, and randomly divided into experimental group (n = 14) and control group (n = 15). Experimental group to reduce occlusion, the control group only nano-resin filling treatment. Follow-up 1 year, evaluation of treatment, Chi-square test. Results: The first part: The success rates of treatment of group 1 and group 2 were 57.75% and 81.05% respectively (P <0.05). The second part: the treatment of failure of a group of 60 teeth, the experimental group and control group, the success rates were 83.33% and 56.67% (P <0.05). There were 29 failed teeth in two groups, the success rates of experimental group and control group were 85.72% and 40% respectively (P <0.05). Conclusion: Filling treatment with accurate removal of bite interference treatment can improve the clinical efficacy of idiopathic cervical lesions.
