国网浙江省景宁县供电公司探索入党积极分子量化考核体系,以筛选出思想觉悟高、政治素质好、学习能力强、业务素质精的高素质党员为目的,以竞争性入党机制和360度全方位考核体系为核心,民主、科学、公正地量化考核入党积极分子的思想、素质和能力。自十八大以来,党中央继续加大对党员队伍建设和组织建设的重视,要求充分认识加强新形势下发展党员和党员管理工作的重要意义,严格坚持标准,提高发展党员质量。
