自改革开放以来,桂东南乡村社会的文化活动无论在经费投入、基础设施、活动类型、服务方式上相对于改革开放前均有明显发展,但至今仍存在政策落实不到位、文化设施缺乏、村民参与积极度不高、文化传承和发展的主体意识缺位、文化活动量稀少和质量不高等问题,各种内外因素综合导致桂东南乡村地区文化活动发展相对缓慢,亟需进一步加强与改善。
Since the reform and opening up, the cultural activities of rural communities in southeastern Guangxi have not only made significant progress in funding, infrastructures, types of activities and service modes compared with those before the reform and opening up, but so far there are still problems such as the lack of policies and the lack of cultural facilities. Participation in the low enthusiasm, lack of awareness of the main body of cultural heritage and development, the scarcity of cultural activities and the quality of the issue is not high, a variety of internal and external factors lead to cultural activities in rural areas in Southeast Guangxi is relatively slow development, the urgent need to further strengthen and improve.
