目的了解德阳市职业病危害现状,掌握德阳市职业病报告漏报情况,保障职业病报告工作质量和数据的准确、科学。方法从各县(市、区)医疗机构中随机抽取1~2家,其他网络直报单位全部进行调查,对被调查单位的网络开通情况和职业病报告各类卡片的漏报情况进行调查。结果德阳市的企业职业健康体检率低,仅为16.6%,各种报告卡的漏报情况差异较大,其中职业健康监护报告卡漏报率最高,为54.2%,其次是急性职业/农药中毒报告卡漏报率为18.6%。结论德阳市职业病漏报现象严重,本文对漏报原因进行了分析并提出了减少漏报的对策。。
Objective To understand the status quo of occupational diseases in Deyang City and to grasp the omission of occupational diseases reported in Deyang City so as to ensure the quality and accuracy of occupational disease reporting and data. Methods One to two hospitals were randomly selected from medical institutions in all counties (cities and districts), and all other direct reporting units of the network were investigated to investigate the situation of the network opened up and the omission of various types of cards reported by occupational diseases. Results Deyang City, occupational health examination rate was low, only 16.6%, a variety of report card omissions greatly different, including occupational health monitoring report card false positive rate was 54.2%, followed by acute occupational / pesticide poisoning Report card missing rate was 18.6%. Conclusion The phenomenon of underreporting of occupational diseases in Deyang City is serious. This paper analyzes the causes of underreporting and puts forward countermeasures to reduce the omission. .
