沿沟煤矿原来的单扇平风门,由于矿井的负压大,在过车和行人时,都很难打开。特别在行人时,打不开就用枕木或钢轨撞,造成风门经常坏,难于维护,维护费用很高。鉴于这种情况,我们新设计了一道双扇等腰梯形风门,安装在沿沟煤矿土O进风井和出风井的连接巷中。经过七年多时间的使用,证明这道风门通过时开、关方便,敞开时在任何位置都能自行关闭,牢固、结构简单。原来一道单扇平风门用几个月就被打坏了,而这道双扇风门已经用了有七年之久,至今还未坏,给国家节省了一大笔维护费用。

In view of this situation, we have newly designed a double-fan isosceles trapezoidal damper installed in the connecting shaft of the inlet and outlet shafts of the coal mine. After more than seven years of use, it proves that the door can be opened and closed conveniently when it passes through, and can be closed at any position when it is open. The structure is simple and solid. The original single fan flat door was broken with a few months, and this double-door fan has been used for seven years, so far not bad, to save a great deal of national maintenance costs.
