在基建工程建设中,项目周期持续时间长,且投资力度大,所以对于基建工程财务管理的要求和标准是非常严格的,在这种背景下,国家及相关财务部门要不断建立健全科学严谨的财务管理制度和内控制度,并且要努力发挥财务人员在基建工程管理中的关键作用,保证基建工程建设的健康发展和有效运行。基于此,本文主要对财务人员在基建工程管理中的作用进行了详细地分析和探究。
