建筑作为人们居住的场所,与人们生活息息相关。随着人们对生活质量和安全的要求要来越高,建筑工程的质量也在不断的改善,并取得了一定的效果。然而,建筑工程的一些通病却依然在大型工程项目中经常出现,影响着建筑的施工质量以及建筑的安全性能。本文将以世纪华豪家园项目为例,分析在建筑工程中容易出现的质量通病,并根据工程特点和个人经验提出相应的预防及治理措施。
Architecture as a place where people live, and people’s lives are closely related. As people’s demands for quality of life and safety have to be higher, the quality of construction projects is constantly improving and some results have been achieved. However, some common problems in construction projects still occur frequently in large-scale construction projects, affecting the construction quality of buildings and the safety performance of buildings. This article will take Huaruo Century Park project as an example to analyze the common quality problems that are prone to occur in construction projects and put forward the corresponding prevention and control measures according to the engineering characteristics and personal experience.
