工程施工合同体系常由若干份施工合同组成,同一项目下各施工合同之间往往相互关联或制约,而这些相互的关联和制约正是施工合同之间无形界面的真实体现。施工合同界面问题常出现在相互关联的内容约定不清晰或不合理,相互制约的条款约定不明确或不完整。如何有效避免施工合同界面问题,已成为施工合同管理的一个重要内容,也是减少工程实施过程中争执、降低成本、保证工程项目顺利实施的关键因素。
