蜗轮滚刀通常都是多头的,由于受蜗杆直径的限制,因而滚刀刃沟的螺旋角也比较大。多头蜗轮滚刀的螺旋角一般是在5°以上,甚至有时达30°左右。我们曾经做过螺旋角为25°多的蜗轮滚刀。螺旋角愈大,给制造上(如铲磨和开刃)带来的困难也就愈大,其中除铲磨齿形的误差直接影响蜗轮的力工精度外,刃面加工的好坏也影响齿形的正确性。下面介绍一下我们几年来制造蜗轮滚刀过程中,对刃面加工的一些体会。
