1 病例资料男,22岁,未婚.因呕吐伴中腹部阵发性胀痛,每日1次暗红色血尿3天,于2000年5月17日急诊入院.查体:体温37℃,脉搏160/min,血压75/50 mmHg.意识清楚,重度贫血貌,皮肤粘膜未见出血点及紫癜,浅表淋巴结不大,心肺检查未见异常.板状腹,全腹压痛及反跳痛,肝脾触诊不满意,移动性浊音阳性,右肾区叩击痛.腹腔穿刺抽出不凝固血液2 ml.血红细胞2.9×1012/L,血红蛋白84 g/L,白细胞20.9×109/L,血小板181×109/L;尿蛋白(2+
