本文介绍的新型转炉倾翻传动装置,已用于225吨换炉式转炉。这种分散承担机械负荷的传动系统,在转炉吹炼时可以使转炉牢靠的定位,而在转炉倾翻时又可以平衡力矩,所以它适用于所有的顶吹和底吹转炉。转炉的定位是在封闭的制动系统中实现的。该系统的另一个优点是便于维修。转炉传动装置也是联接转炉炉体和电机的重要环节。对任何一种吹炼法的吹炼全过程来说,要保证所有的倾翻动作稳妥可靠,倾翻传动装置必须能承受很高的静负荷和动负荷。
This article describes the new converter tilting gear, has been used for 225 tons converter converter. This decentralized, mechanically loaded drivetrain, which positions the converter securely while it is being fired, balances the torque when the converter is tipped so that it is suitable for all top and bottom blowers. Converter positioning is achieved in a closed brake system. Another advantage of this system is that it is easy to service. Converter drive is also connected to the converter furnace body and an important part of the motor.
