空间分辨率是CT图像质量的两项重要性能指标,其测试工作也是CT设备性能测试的重要内容。本文提出工业CT系统空间分辨率常用的两种测试方法,编写基于圆盘法的空间分辨率测试软件,并结合测试软件进行空间分辨率的测试。两种测试方法的对比实验在三套工业CT系统中开展,并在相同试验条件下实施、数据采集、计算和分析。结果发现,在三套工业CT设备测试结果中,基于圆盘法的测试结果要明显低于基于标准中规定的线对卡测试方法测试结果,本文根据傅立叶变换讨论两种测试方法测试结果产生差异的原因。
Spatial resolution is two important performance indicators of CT image quality, and its testing is also an important part of CT equipment performance testing. This paper presents two commonly used methods for spatial resolution of industrial CT systems, and compiles the spatial resolution test software based on the disc method, and tests the spatial resolution with the test software. The comparative experiments of the two test methods were carried out in three sets of industrial CT systems and implemented under the same experimental conditions. The data were collected, calculated and analyzed. The results showed that among the three sets of industrial CT equipment test results, the disc-based test results were significantly lower than the test results based on the standard line-card test method. Based on the Fourier transform, the two test methods discussed in this paper produce differences s reason.
