医院图书室具有规模小,专业特色强,读者需求多样性的特点。如何充分发挥其应有的作用,近年来我们采取了一些措施,促进了医院读书风气的形成,发挥了图书情报的作用,为提高医疗质量及出成果,做出了努力。 一、做好文献保障工作:（1）广泛征求科室意见,做好年度订购工作。将每期的“科技新书目”医学类目打印下发科室,收集反馈信息,积极谨慎订购。现已形成了藏书近2万册,医学现刊300余种,过刊6349册的藏书体系。（2）捕捉书刊发行的最新动向,及时搞好补订工作。发现有新书、好书出版及自办发行或新创刊的杂志便及时向编辑部邮购,漏订书刊及时补全。为解决核心期刊供不应求,缺期严重的现
