本文研究了电磁搅拌对近共晶铝硅合金凝固过程和组织结构的影响。实验结果表明电磁搅拌强度能明显影响凝固组织结构,改变初生α相的形貌。当电压低于60V时,电磁搅拌对铸坯凝固组织的影响较小。当电压增加到90V,搅拌10s时,铸坯中已经能够发现球状α初生相。而当电压达到120V时,球状α初生相能够均匀分布在铸锭中;在此条件下,搅拌超过10s时,铸坯的微观组织并没有明显的改善。同时也分析了其它实验参数对α相分布形态的影响。
The effect of electromagnetic stirring on the solidification process and microstructure of near-eutectic Al-Si alloy was studied. Experimental results show that the strength of electromagnetic stirring can significantly affect the solidified microstructure and change the morphology of primary α phase. When the voltage is lower than 60V, electromagnetic stirring has little effect on the slab solidification microstructure. When the voltage is increased to 90V and stirred for 10s, the spherical α primary phase can be found in the slab. When the voltage reaches 120V, the spherical α primary phase can be uniformly distributed in the ingot. Under this condition, the microstructure of the slab does not improve obviously when it is stirred for more than 10s. At the same time, the influence of other experimental parameters on the distribution of α phase was also analyzed.
