购于永修县集贸市场6个不同水域摊贩(6组)的白条鱼330尾,取背部两侧肌肉制作鱼肉压片,置于显微镜4×16倍下逐行或逐列检查,发现囊蚴后换10×16倍镜下确认并数码照相。其结果检出华枝睾吸虫、东方次睾吸虫囊蚴2种及不明种类吸虫囊蚴3种;第Ⅲ组感染率为100%为最高;其次第Ⅵ、第Ⅴ和第Ⅱ组分别是91.67%、66.67%和64.29%,感染率在60%~100%不等,第Ⅰ、Ⅳ组感染率为0,6组不同水域白条鱼囊蚴感染情况差异很大。
Purchased from 330 stalls of white striped fish in six different watershed vendors (6 groups) in Yongxiu county trade fair. The fish were compressed on both sides of the back muscle and placed under a microscope with 4 × 16 times row by row or column by row inspection. For 10 × 16 times after the lens to confirm and digital photography. As a result, 2 species of Clonorchis sinensis, 2 specimens of Clonorchis sinensis and 3 species of unidentified species of Clonorchis sinensis were detected. The infection rate of group Ⅲ was 100%, followed by that of group VI, group V and group Ⅱ 91.67 %, 66.67% and 64.29%, respectively. The infection rates ranged from 60% to 100%. The infection rates of group Ⅰ and group Ⅳ were significantly different between 0 and 6 groups.
