[目的]建立高效液相色谱法同时测定20%二氰蒽醌·吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂中有效成分的分析方法。[方法]采用ZORBAX SB C18反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以乙腈-水为流动相,同时测定试样中二氰蒽醌和吡唑醚菌酯的含量。[结果]二氰蒽醌和吡唑醚菌酯标准偏差分别为0.18和0.12,变异系数分别为1.14%和2.26%,平均回收率分别为99.77%和99.64%。[结论]该方法操作简便,分离效果好,精密度与准确度高,可同时快速测定二氰蒽醌和吡唑醚菌酯含量。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the simultaneous determination of active ingredients in 20% dianhydraquinone pyraclostrobin suspension concentrate by high performance liquid chromatography. [Method] With ZORBAX SB C18 reversed-phase column and ultraviolet variable wavelength detector, acetonitrile-water was used as the mobile phase, and the content of dicyandiamidone and pyraclostrobin in the sample was determined simultaneously. [Result] The standard deviations of dianhydronaphthoquinone and pyraclostrobin were 0.18 and 0.12 respectively, and the coefficients of variation were 1.14% and 2.26%, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.77% and 99.64%, respectively. [Conclusion] The method was simple and easy to operate with good separation effect, high precision and accuracy, and rapid determination of dicyanoanthraquinone and pyraclostrobin simultaneously.
