我国企业近几年来一直面临着非常复杂的信息技术和企业管理的挑战,如何运用和管理信息资源,深入地开发和利用信息资源,将信息资源同企业的人力资源和财务资源完美结合,让企业各类资源在为企业所用的同时发挥出最大效能,以此降低企业成本提高企业经济效益。本文就从企业信息资源管理、企业人力资源管理和企业财务资源管理的含义与特点等方面入手,探寻如何将三者紧密结合并为企业发挥最大效能的途径。
