随着我国对农村建设强度的不断加大,政府给农村提供了强大的资金支持。然而,在农村建设过程中却仍然普遍存在资金滥用的不良情况。为了杜绝这种状况的出现,农村大部分地区纷纷开始推行村账乡管的制度,并在加强农村财政管理方面取得了一定的成果。但由于该项制度尚不完善,在村账乡管工作开展过程中出现了诸多亟待解决的问题。鉴于此,本文针对“村账乡管”工作的现状吗,提出了几点建议,以期促进村账乡管工作的更加完善。
As China continues to intensify the intensity of rural construction, the government has provided a strong financial support to rural areas. However, there is still widespread abuse of funds during rural construction. In order to put an end to this situation, most rural areas have started to implement the system of village accountancy and township management and have achieved some results in strengthening rural financial management. However, due to the imperfect system, there are many problems to be solved in the course of carrying out the village account management. In view of this, this article puts forward some suggestions for the status quo of the “village account management” work, with a view to promoting more complete village account management.
