河南鹤壁煤电公司三矿坚持科学发展观,积极探索安全生产管理的新途径,坚持以责任推动、典型驱动、真情涌动、宣传带动“四轮驱动”的工作法,有力推动了安全生产。今年前8个月,该矿在确保安全的情况下,生产原煤98万余吨,超计划5万余吨,实现了产销平衡的良好态势。
