试验以蛇接骨草为材料,主要研究了化学法对蛇接骨草中水溶性膳食纤维的提取。影响蛇接骨草中水溶性膳食纤维的单因素有pH值、水浴温度、提取时间、料液比,并对这4种因素采用了L9(34)进行正交试验,由正交试验极差分析得出最佳提取工艺条件为:pH值为6.5,水浴温度为70℃,料液比为1:15,提取时间为120min,提取率可达到4.765%,正交试验分析最佳的条件结合为A2B3C1D2。
The experiment takes the snake grass as the material, mainly studies the chemical method to extract the water-soluble dietary fiber from the snake grass. The single factor influencing the water-soluble dietary fiber in the snakegrass has the pH value, the water bath temperature, the extraction time and the solid-to-liquid ratio. The orthogonal test was conducted on the four factors using the L9 (34) The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the pH was 6.5, the temperature of water bath was 70 ℃, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:15, the extraction time was 120min, the extraction rate could reach 4.765%. The optimum conditions of orthogonal experiment were A2B3C1D2.
