在电信企业的经营过程中,各用户的消费额以及用户总数已经成为了十分重要的营销指标,随着传统语音消费收入的不断降低,电信企业对开发增值业务的需求不断增加,因而随着3G时代的带来,包括无线音乐在内的新型营销模式逐步兴起。电信企业从以语音收入为主体的传统营销方式开始转型为以内容收入为主体的信息化营销方式。在这一新形势下,怎样推动以音乐业务为代表的增值业务的发展,已经成为各电信运营企业必须面对的重要课题。
