目的 :评价扩散成像 (DWI)磁共振对急性脑梗死的诊断价值。方法 :用 DWI诊断急性脑梗死 1 0例 ,并与传统 CT扫描及常规 MRI结果比较。结果 :DWI在发病 6小时之内已能明确发现脑内相对应高信号灶 ,常规MRI需在发病 1 2小时后才能显示病灶 ,其中 T2 WI较 T1 WI敏感 ,而 CT则需 2 4小时左右才能显示脑内病灶的存在。DWI显示的病灶较 T2 WI稍大 ,所有新病灶在 DWI上均为高信号。结论 :DWI对诊断超早期脑梗死十分敏感 ,并能显示缺血边缘带情况 ,结合 T2 WI可鉴别新旧梗死灶
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of diffusion imaging (DWI) magnetic resonance imaging in acute cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 10 cases of acute cerebral infarction were diagnosed by DWI, and compared with conventional CT and conventional MRI. Results: Within 6 hours after onset, DWI could clearly identify the corresponding high signal lesions in the brain. Conventional MRI should be performed within 1-2 hours after the onset of disease. T2WI was more sensitive than T1WI and CT required about 24 hours To show the existence of brain lesions. DWI showed a slightly larger lesion than T2 WI, and all new lesions were high on DWI. Conclusion: DWI is very sensitive to the diagnosis of early-stage cerebral infarction, and can show the situation of ischemic marginal zone, combined with T2 WI can identify new and old infarction
