我认识鲁慧茹已是十多年前的事了。当时上海市教育局为推进教学改革、培养中青年教师,在全市开展了上海市中小学中青年教师教学评比活动,鲁慧茹便是当年教学评比活动中脱颖而出者。后来,国家教委基础教育司通知各省市选送优秀教师课堂教学录像提供中国教育电视台对西部地区教师进行远程教育的培训,在遴选教学评比课堂录像带时,我看过鲁慧茹的语文课录像,给我留下了深刻的印象。那时,她还年轻,非常清纯的样子,再加上态度和蔼,语气亲切,循循善诱,学生踊跃举手发言,师生互动对话,课堂气氛活跃。正是鲁慧茹的语文课使我加深了对一师附小愉快教育的认识。不久鲁慧茹评为上海市语文特级教师。后来,鲁慧茹又被上海市教委聘为上海市语文教材审查组的专家。再后来,上海市教委教研室有意调她到市教研室担任小学语文教研员,而区里讲她将另有重任。于是不久,鲁慧茹便接班当了一师附小的校长,这自然也是料想之中的事了。
