《檀香刑》在文化层面上所表现出的主要是中国传统社会发展中所不为认知的隐秘文化。隐秘文化往往不会很明显的表现出来,其存在于传统文化底部,需要从生活、历史、思想等具体实际方面才能挖掘出来。隐秘文化能够深刻揭示民族传统文化发展过程中的问题,对大众生活发展,精神塑造,性格培养都有着重要影响。本文通过研究分析《檀香刑》,从不同的层面对其蕴含的文化内涵进行探讨。
