集团企业作为一种企业组织的主要发展形式,其由于组织规模的不断扩大与组织层级的日益增加,导致了财务风险的传导性与危害性更大。因此,我们有必要构建一个集团企业财务风险管理的基本框架,随时处理集团企业生产经营过程中出现的各种财务风险问题,从而更好地控制集团企业的经营风险,真正提高集团企业的财务管理效率与效果。
